HMR Villa Services is owned and managed by Howard & Irene Roche, with over 7 years experience of living and working in Spain and still as committed to building relationships with owners and caring for their property as they were when first becoming involved in the industry over 5 years ago.
When we first purchased our holiday home in Spain, now some 9 years ago, we felt both elated and concerned at the same time! Like many people buying homes abroad, we lived most of our time in England, so our main worry was finding someone we could trust to look after our property when we weren’t there.
Not knowing where to turn, we explored the options – from larger property management companies to local ‘one-man bands’. But the experience convinced us there’s a big difference between ‘managing’ a property, and really ‘caring’ for it.
Having lived on the Costa Blanca permanently now for the past 7 years, we know that the concerns of today’s property owners are still the same. We understand that whilst many companies will harp on about service and pricing - the real concern with remote owners is that of trust.
It was with this in mind that we created HMR Villa Services. Our company not only provides you with a complete management service to meet all your property needs and we communicate with you regularly, quickly and securely through the internet, but we do this openly and honestly.
- We are a legal and registered company here in Spain
- We are committed to being "above board" and honest in all our dealings, not only with our owners/clients but within the Spanish legal/tax system.
- The final balance for any rental booking is paid direct from the client to the owner 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
- This means no long delays waiting for your Agent to pay when they get around to it – payment is made directly we receive it from the guest.
- We do not sell property, but concentrate on Management & Rental
- Our primary focus is on you and your property we do not split our time or our efforts across two distinctly different business areas.
- We are available for our owners 24/7
- We give all our owners and guests a number on which we can be contacted at ALL times - not just Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Any payments to HMR Villa Services can be made through a variety of methods
- Credit Card and PayPal Safe are both a secure and quick method of payment. Credit Card supplying additional insurance for your payments. Cheque or cash.
