HMR Villa Services - Property Management & Rental

All of the services listed can be provided with a complete flexibility of choice. We can if you wish, put together for you a package of services which you may require. Or, if you are only looking for someone to clean your pool, tidy your garden once a month, or just need a one off clean for the property, we would be happy to do this for you.

Property Management & Rental Agreement

Our Property Management & Rental package ensures that your property is both cared for in your absence, including twice monthly checks and reports and rented out as per your instructions. Personal web-site and PayPal Account also provided FOC. We believe that HMR Villa Services are unique in that we are only ever paid for the services we provide, we do not hold onto your rental income, payments for rentals are made direct from the client to the you the owner before the commencement of the holiday.

Property Management Agreement

Our Property Management package provides peace of mind for all owners who own a second home here in Spain. HMR Villa Services will provide twice monthly checks and reports and also be available to deal with any problems on the owners behalf. Your property is given a regular "airing" and all taps are run and toilets flushed to prevent the drying out of pipes which can lead to unpleasant smells and all walls and ceilings checked for mould (a common problem here in Spain due to the high humidity). Garden Services (plus IVA @ 18%)

We can do everything from design to regular maintenance

Set up an irrigation system that delivers water to flower beds, trees and containers.
Discuss the ongoing care necessary and advise how much time is needed to maintain the garden.
Winter cut backs

During the months of January and February some gardens will need a thorough cut back of trees and hedges to achieve the best results for the following year.

Communication

Throughout the year we will keep you well informed about your garden. If you are not able to visit your property very often we will call you to discuss the ongoing needs of your garden and email up to date photos to you, so you can see how it is progressing during the year.

HMR Villa Services are dedicated to making your garden a pleasure for you to visit, we are always proud of the results we achieve and are confident you will be too.

Price from - 10€ per hour plus receipts produced for purchases eg. plants, irrigation system etc

Pool Maintenance (inclusive of IVA)

The service we provide for cleaning and maintaining your pool will include a twice weekly visit during the summer months (June - September) and a once weekly visit throughout the winter months (October - June).

The work undertaken includes:

vacuuming the pool
sweeping the sides
clearing away debris from the top
emptying the basket & skimmers
making sure the water level is the correct height
chemical testing of the water to make sure disinfectant and ph levels are correct

All the above work is carried out on a regular basis outlined above, to maintain your swimming pool to the required level for safe and enjoyable swimming.
